Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • North America: 5–12 business days

  • Middle East: 7–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or geopolitical situations beyond our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

STRYVU is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • International conflicts or transport restrictions

In such situations, STRYVU cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will always work with the carrier to ensure orders are delivered as soon as possible.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. STRYVU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at stryvu@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist in finding a suitable resolution.
